Using Tiktok for learning English

I'm learning about how the social media application Tiktok can help studying and practicing English. What I know at the moment is that lots of people like using it to spend their time for different recreational purposes.

I guess that watching short videos constantly can be tiresome. Although it can also be fun, I think that you should take a shorter period of time on changing your focus every fifteen seconds. Actually, I'm not really sure about the healthiness of applications like Tiktok. Nevertheless, I will search about it as I get used to finding out new resources.
